"After our longtime State Farm agent in Florida retired and we moved back home to Texas, we thought finding a new agent would be a breeze. Boy, were we wrong! Having been with State Farm forever, you’d assume a company of their size would have top-notch agents everywhere. Not even close! The agents we encountered in the Killeen and Temple area were, hands down, the worst we’ve ever dealt with—possibly the worst anywhere. We bounced from one agent to another, each plagued by constant errors with our accounts. Now, our setup is a bit complex—vehicles, home, life, savings, and banking accounts all with State Farm—but you’d think trained agents could handle it. Nope, not a chance! We were on the verge of ditching State Farm entirely when we tracked down our old agent for advice. She told us to call Nanette Mulkey in Greenville, TX—2.5 hours away from us. We thought, “What could possibly go wrong?” The answer? Absolutely nothing! Nanette Mulkey and her amazing sidekick Pam took charge like nobody’s business. They grabbed the bull by the horns, uncovered a laundry list of issues with our accounts, and fixed every single one with precision and care. Distance? Not an issue.
