"I was listed as a beneficiary on my aunt's life insurance policy. Unfortunately, I had moved (twice!) since the policy was put in place and it didn't have my phone number. Nanette had to do some sleuthing in order to track me down. I live about 7.5 hours away, but she happen to be coming to a big city near where I lived over the weekend and she offered to sit down with me to fill out the paperwork. "I would strongly recommend Nanette Mulkey State Farm. After talking to several team members over the last few years I can say that everyone is professional and caring. I just completed a hail damage claim from last spring. I had a particular out of town Subaru collision center I wanted to use. However, the State Farm claims department stated my choice was not an approved collision center. Pam Martin felt this was incorrect information. Pam went to work on it and shortly thereafter she called and said it was all taken care of. My selected center was in fact a preferred collision center and they were waiting to receive my vehicle. Everything went smoothly from there and the car looks like new again. Thanks Pam for going the extra mile. It made all the difference."
